1. The products are shipped by our preferred courier partners. Making time: 3-5 business days. Delivery time: 3-5 business days, so in total, the products will get delivered in an estimated 8 to 10 business days. Your gift may be delivered before the chosen date of delivery.

2. Our courier partners will call before delivering an order, so we request that you please accept the call so that your order will be delivered on time.

3. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.

4. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email that will help you trace your order.

5. Customised and non-customised products will not be returned or refunded unless mistakes are made by our team
