At Sribyjaipri, most of our products are customized and made-to-order. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order only if production has not started.
• Once a personalized or customized order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please email us at sribyjaipri@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include your Order ID.
Returns
• Customized and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• We only accept returns in cases where:
The wrong product was delivered.
The product arrived damaged.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
• The order was successfully cancelled within the eligible cancellation period.
• The wrong product was delivered and a replacement is not possible.
• The product received is damaged or defective and the claim is verified by our team.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided for:
• Customized or personalized orders.
• Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer.
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings.
• Delays caused by courier partners.
• Refusal to accept a delivered order.
• Sale, promotional, or clearance products.
