1. Products are shipped through our preferred courier partners.

    Hence, the total estimated delivery time is 8–10 business days. Your gift may be delivered before the selected delivery date.
  2. Our courier partners will call you before delivery. We request you to attend the call to ensure timely delivery of your order.
  3. Delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. All courier orders are securely packed and shipped from our warehouse.
  4. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, which will help you track your order.
  5. Customized and non-customized products are not eligible for return or refund, unless an error has occurred from our side.
  6. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by calling our customer support at

  9. We offer free delivery on all prepaid orders across India.
  10. The product will be hand-delivered to your doorstep.

  13. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an advance fee of ₹300 is mandatory.
